At the end of October we visited Host Milano, which is considered the largest and most important trade show in the field of technological equipment for professional kitchens in Europe and around the globe.
Some of the main features:
• a great number of visitors, especially thanks to the nearby Expo 2015 (where we also participated actively, we have designed a kitchen in the Slovenian pavilion)
• the main focus is design and above all colours
• Slovenian producers with some really quality products were present there
• a combination of modern solutions such as digital control panels, sophisticated design in traditional products (e.g. mixer for dough) and the presence of traditional products (flight wheel slicer, classic design of fridges …)
